Who we are

Senti Water operates from Dopeni Village, Nzhelele, Limpopo, and sells purified water and related products online at sentiwater.co.za. For privacy questions, email sales@sentiwater.co.za.

Information we collect

• Orders and accounts: name, email, phone number, and order details needed to fulfil and support your purchase.
• Delivery address: street address, locality, and related location details so we can deliver and calculate fees.
• Newsletter: email address if you subscribe to specials and delivery offers.
• Contact forms and WhatsApp: messages and contact details you send us.
• Payments: when you pay online, PayFast processes payment details. We receive payment status and references needed to confirm your order; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Site analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (for example pages visited and interaction patterns) so we can improve the experience.

Why we use your information

• To process orders, take payment, and arrange delivery in Limpopo and Gauteng.
• To create and manage customer accounts when you register.
• To reply to enquiries and send order-related updates.
• To send newsletter messages if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To improve our website and services using aggregated usage insights.

Sharing

We share personal information only when needed to run the service: with PayFast for online payments, with delivery staff assigned to your order, and with service providers that host or support our site (including analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep order and account records for as long as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, and legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect information against loss or unauthorised access.

Your rights
